How to reach us
Email hello@londonchristmaslightstours.com. We answer in English, usually within two working days.
We are a booking guide, not a tour operator, so we cannot change, cancel or refund a booking. That goes to the operator through the site you booked on, whose contact details are on your confirmation. If you cannot find them, write to us and we will point you to the right place.
If your tour was cancelled or you missed it
A refund or a new date is the operator's to give. Your confirmation email carries their contact and your booking reference, which is the fastest route. Every tour listed here refunds in full if you cancel at least 24 hours before it starts.
The usual problem is the meeting point. The open-top bus boards at a numbered tourist bus stop on Belvedere Road, and the vintage double-decker inside Victoria Coach Station, not on the street. One walk moved its start by email on the day, so check your inbox before you set out.
Corrections
If a fact here is wrong or out of date, tell us what and where. Start points, prices and routes change, and the displays change every year. The fastest fix is usually a reader who has just been. Every page carries the date it was last checked.

Where the top bus departs
Golden Tours, Belvedere Road departure point
London Eye, Belvedere Road, tourist bus stop number 4, London SE1 7NA. The desk there is open daily from 9:00am to 4:30pm, as Golden Tours publishes it; the evening lights bus leaves from the same stop. This is the map pin: the stop in front of the London Eye, two minutes from Waterloo.
Golden Tours Visitor Centre, Victoria
7 Belgrave Road, London SW1V 1QB, open daily from 7:00am to 5:00pm. This is the operator's postal address and walk-in desk, not a place any lights tour starts from.
Golden Tours runs its own bus and answers for it; it does not answer for this site or for the other tours listed here.
The lights themselves
The displays hang over public streets, so they have no office, no ticket desk and no opening hours. Each tour operator answers for its own tours, prices and calendar: book and ask on the operator's own page, which is where every booking link here goes. Where each tour meets is on the lights map.
